X1 Guitar Prototype

The prototype of the X1 guitar design was made without automated milling equipment. The body was hand-routed using custom-designed SLA 3D-printed templates. The body was contoured and finished using various woodworking tools and abrasives. The guitar was painted and finished in a temporarily set-up paint booth using automotive-grade nitrocellulose paint and lacquer. The guitar electronics were installed and wired following a custom diagram made to my specifications. The guitar final assembly and setup was done entirely with the tools available in a standard home tool set.
